Building Confidence and Skills with Manipulatives for Special Needs Students
MathBuilders focuses on developing problem-solving abilities, a vital skill that children need throughout their lives. I believe in training children to think critically and solve problems, using math as a tool to enhance their cognitive abilities.

I understand the importance of nurturing your child's numerical senses, including numbers, quantities, shapes, space, and logic.

By utilizing manipulatives, I lay a solid foundation for understanding numbers. Special needs children often find abstract concepts challenging, but with manipulatives, they can see, touch, count, and arrange objects, making the learning process more tangible and engaging.

At MathBuilders, I offer 50-minute sessions in one-on-two or one-on-three settings, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and support.

My program utilizes a wide range of manipulatives, including geoboards, base ten blocks, geometric solids, compare bears, pentominoes, pattern blocks, tangrams, cubes, beads, rods, time and clock manipulatives, and money materials.
